When will my order be shipped?
I usually ship out orders within 2-3 business days! If there are any delays on my end, I will personally email you to let you know.
Note: The post office is currently experiencing delays due to covid--please be patient and refer to your tracking number for your package location.
My package was lost/stolen. What do I do?
Once a package is out of my hands and at the post office, it's unfortunately out of my hands. Therefore, I'm not responsible for lost/stolen packages sent with tracking.
Please contact me if your untracked letter mail is lost/stolen. We will work something out together!
I entered an incorrect address! What do I do?
Please contact me asap! If I haven't shipped it out yet, I can change the address manually. If I have already dropped off the package at the post, you will have to re-order.
Please be sure to triple-check your mailing address!!
